Folding saws

The saws on this page are ideal if you like to carry a saw in your toolbox, where the blade is at risk of being damaged by other tools. Although saws like this are often regarded as agricultural or gardening tools, many are very versatile tools quite suitable for general woodworking. Orders up to £35.00 incur a £2.20 charge for postage.

Orders between £70.01 and £100.00 incur a £6.60 postage charge.

A super quality aluminium handle with a rubberised finish for good grip even when wet, together with a blade which is good for many general woodworking activities as well as pruning. A good saw for toolbox use, in my opinion.

Oricco H-210 pruning

This is the smallest in the Oricco range which is intended for pruning work, and the blade angle is adjustable for areas with restricted access. They have plastic handles and with 10 TPI the blades can be used for general fast-cutting woodwork. Blades are not suitable for other handles.

Another super quality aluminium handle, again with a rubberised surface, and a seriously fast-cutting blade. A very nice saw, and too good for pruning work, really.

This must be one of my favourite saws. The blade is a good length and the tooth pattern strikes a good balance between speed and fineness of cut. Super quality aluminium handle with a rubberised grip.
